How we work

Three habits

Briefed from the business need

There is no one-size-fits-all. The format follows the objective — a platform explainer, an executive POV, a customer story, a recurring series — rather than whatever template was used last time.

Built to repeat

The work we are proudest of is not a one-off hero film. It is six editions of the same event series that still look like a set, and twenty-four podcast episodes that shipped without the production becoming the bottleneck.

Research-backed and on brand

We do the reading before the shoot, and we capture your voice and energy rather than imposing ours. The film should sound like the company, not like the studio that made it.

Origin

Where the name comes from

Nila Studios is named after Sang Nila Utama, the Southeast Asian prince credited with founding Singapore. The logo combines a fountain pen and a rocket — the planning and the growth, which is roughly the whole idea.
