Case study & testimonial video
Let your customers make the argument
The most persuasive thing on your website is not your own claim about your product — it is a customer saying it worked. We produce interview-led case study films where your customers do the talking, and we handle the awkward part: making someone who is not a presenter look and sound completely at ease.
The service
What this covers
Customer story films
The full narrative: what the problem was, what changed, and what it is worth now. Filmed at your customer’s own premises so it feels real.
Interview direction
Most customers have never been on camera. We handle question design and direction on the day so the answers land as usable sentences.
Social cutdowns
One interview becomes the hero film plus short vertical clips and pull-quote graphics, so the same shoot keeps working.
Sales-ready versions
Shorter edits built for a sales conversation rather than a homepage, so the team has something to send after a call.
Portfolio
The work
Two customer story films produced for StaffAny.
How it works
Brief to final master
- 01
Discovery & brief
We start with the audience and the business outcome, not the shot list. What must this video change?
- 02
Concept & script
Treatment, script, and shot list agreed and approved before anyone books a crew or a location.
- 03
Pre-production
Casting, locations, scheduling, kit and run-of-day, so the shoot day has no surprises.
- 04
Production
Directed multi-cam capture with proper lighting and sound. We shoot for the edit, not for coverage.
- 05
Post-production
Edit, colour, sound mix, motion graphics and subtitles, with a clear round of revisions built in, the number of which can be negotiated.
- 06
Delivery
Master file plus the platform cuts you actually need, sized for where the video will run.
Questions
Before you ask
Do we need to find the customer, or do you?
You introduce the customer, since it is your relationship. From there we handle the brief, the questions, the scheduling and the shoot so it asks as little of them as possible.
What if our customer is nervous on camera?
That is the normal starting point, and it is most of the craft. We shoot conversationally rather than to a script, and we direct on the day so the useful answers actually get said.
Can a case study film be used in sales, not just marketing?
Yes, and it is often where it earns most. Alongside the main film we can cut a shorter version built for sending after a sales call.
How much of our customer’s time does it take?
A single session at their premises. We keep the setup light so it is not disruptive to a working business.
